Workplace Mental Health and Organizational Psychology

At the Mental Health World Conference (MHWC 2026), this session examines strategies to address burnout and psychological distress in professional settings. Topics include leadership approaches, the role of human resources, mental health accommodations, and peer-support initiatives for fostering psychologically safe and productive workplaces.

The conference will discuss the implications of overwork, telework, and hybrid work, job insecurity, and digital fatigue for employees’ mental well-being. Scientists will analyze the influence of organizational culture, managerial approaches, and coworker cooperation on productivity and health.

The conference will focus on scientific solutions to the problem of mental illnesses that arise in the workplace. These solutions include employee assistance programs, stress management, mindfulness training, and resilience development.
