Limited access to scalable and culturally adaptable mental health interventions remains a critical challenge in fragile and displacement affected settings. This exploratory mixed methods case series evaluates the feasibility and preliminary outcomes of Hypno Neuro Imaginative Techniques (HNI), a neuroscience informed self regulation model designed for train the trainer scalability within humanitarian and migration contexts.
Between 2024 to 2026, HNI was implemented in two evaluated cohorts refugee women in Switzerland (n is equal to 12) and humanitarian professionals in South Kivu, Democratic Republic of Congo (n is equal to 8). Evaluation employed retrospective pre post self-report measures, Likert scale assessments of knowledge and facilitation confidence, observational well being indicators, and semi structured qualitative interviews to triangulate findings.
