This study aimed to map the regional landscape of ASD transition services ages 14 to 25 by examining service availability, accessibility, affordability, and acceptability the 4As from the perspectives of key stakeholders. A cross sectional online survey was conducted with 113 respondents across the MENA region, including service providers 56.6%, parents/carers 38.1% and policy makers 5.3%. The cohort was highly experienced, with 69% having over seven years of involvement in the ASD field. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics to identify regional priorities and service barriers. Findings revealed systemic gaps across all domains of the 4As. Inadequate funding and high costs were identified as the most significant barriers to care 71.7%, followed by a lack of support for families during the transition period 52.2%. Stakeholders reported a critical shortage of trained professionals 48.7% and fragmented coordination between healthcare and vocational sectors.
