Iman Amro is a dedicated Senior Research Assistant at Qatar University and a second year PhD candidate in Health Research Studies at King’s College London. With a professional foundation in nursing BSc and Public Health Nutrition MSc, her work bridges the gap between clinical practice and social science research. Her current doctoral research focuses on the TSASD Study, a multi stage project examining the transition services for adolescents and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder ASD across the MENA region. Being a research Assistant at Qatar University, her work spans national studies on mental health, education, and well being. She is skilled in project coordination, data management, and academic writing, contributing to multiple international collaborations and publications. A passionate advocate for neurodiverse individuals, she is committed to identifying systemic barriers and developing culturally tailored policy recommendations to support autonomy and social inclusion for families and individuals alike.
