With a background in psychology and experience in UK primary education, she specialises in supporting children with Special Educational Needs. Her work focuses on helping neurodivergent students navigate the pressures of school by integrating psychological insight with practical teaching strategies. Xuan adopts a Mental Health First approach, using visual supports and sensory routines to create safe, structured learning environments. She is particularly passionate about bridging the gap between clinical support and the classroom, ensuring students are equipped with the emotional tools needed for both academic success and personal growth.
